Although we might think the control people are evil, they were keeping the Gods at bay. Something they didn't want to do but had to do. It's why they had the party and such, to distract themselves from the horrors they help make.

Mostly if save to many times it tends to act up that what happens too because I did a test and it did crash even without mods the game is sensitive enough where clicking on the sims to many times it freezes as well

This movie is a love story to the horror genre. It kind of can explain any horror movie made. Jules turning into the skank because of the hair dye and pheromones being spread. Dana becomes more demure as it goes on because she is meant to be the 'virgin', even though she isn't and was pretty risqué sleeping with her professor. Holden becomes the nerd by reading the Latin and putting on those glasses and becomes less jockey. Curt becomes more the stereotype of jock, calling his friend Holden an "egg head" and teasing Dana about not being as risqué. Marty is meant to be the clown but his pot stops him becoming so, kind of saving himself and Dana (but yea know, not really) The control room is also meant to be like the people that worked on The Manhattan Project. Drew Goddard grew up with it because is father or grandfather worked on it, and he saw normal people creating things that would kill people.

The Purge scene location was bigger than they were expecting. That is why they had to fill the space with the CGI snake. Drew Goddard was against CGI originally, this movie made him understand why it is needed sometimes lol.

I have been catcalled from construction sites, followed by guys on bikes and scooters, approached at public places or hit on by male workers at stores I've visited no matter how little I engaged them. I have been touched excessively. I had a man try to take me to his home at night when I was a teenager while at my cousin's birthday party in a bar she partially rented out. I had to sit in a chair against the wall with my uncles and male cousins barring me with their chairs and the table, and he still kept trying to reach pass them to grab me. I wasn't even able to get up to enjoy the party for the majority of the night. And I dress modestly. For that same party, my grandmother asked me why I dressed like I was going to church and bought me my first crop top that same week. I learned to wear pigtails to make myself look younger or to dress masculine just to decrease attention on the street.

You watching this with no knowledge of the Bible story and being surprised at every turn was very fun! I think most people I see who watch this have a basic understanding of some of the story points, since Christianity and the Bible is so entrenched in pop culture, so this was very fresh :D
